This week I want to teach you how to create a belief plan, for thoughts that you want to believe, but find yourself doubting.
First, set aside one page just for collecting evidence for the belief you are working on. Review this list of evidence everyday and add to it whenever you can.
On another page, list out your doubts. Finish the sentence “I want to believe, but….” and make a list of reasons why you're doubting.
Finally, do a model on each of the doubts to disprove it to yourself. As you come up with a new thought, you can cross it off your list of doubts and write the new thought instead.
Again, review these daily.
